Here's a quick and easy way to clean mats with minimal effort. Load five dirty mats on one side, then let the hydraulic arm push one mat into the wash box at a time. The mats are then pulled through the wash box with hydraulically driven rollers. Once cleaned, stack the five clean mats on the other side. Sloped inner floor directs all the dirty water and debris to slide out of the skid onto the shaker which does the first separation of large solid particles, and the dirty water is pumped back to the mud tanks.
