John Deere Introduces Enhanced Digital Self-Repair Platform Operations Center™ PRO Service Expands Support, Delivers Advanced Repair Capabilities

John Deere (NYSE: DE) has announced the launch of Operations Center PRO Service, its most advanced digital self-repair tool to date. Designed to give equipment owners greater control over how they use, maintain, diagnose, and repair their machines, PRO Service supports both connected and non-connected equipment across agriculture, turf, construction, and forestry.

Key new features include software installation for electronic component replacements (reprogramming) and expanded diagnostic tools—all delivered through an intuitive interface.

Operations Center PRO Service replaces the outgoing Customer Service ADVISOR™, streamlining digital repair capabilities into one platform. It builds on Deere’s existing tools such as Operations Center, Equipment Mobile, and Shop.Deere.com, while providing even more flexibility for owners.

With owner permission, independent service providers can also access diagnostic and repair content, making it easier to deliver timely support.

How It Works

Operations Center PRO Service integrates directly into the John Deere Operations Center. Owners simply add machines by serial number to access digital repair resources, including:

  • Operator’s manuals
  • Diagnostic trouble codes (active and stored)
  • Secure software updates
  • JDLink™ information
  • Warranty details

What’s New

For an annual license starting at $195 USD per machine, Operations Center PRO Service provides:

  • Machine health insights & diagnostics
  • PIN-specific manuals and content
  • Software reprogramming for controllers
  • Diagnostic readings & recordings
  • Interactive tests & calibrations

Certain features may require an electronic data link. John Deere will continue expanding PRO Service capabilities through regular updates.

Operations Center PRO Service is now available to John Deere customers in the U.S. and Canada. For full details, visit JohnDeere.com/PROService or contact your local John Deere dealer.
