Hitachi Unveils The New EX5600-7P Ultra-Large Hydraulic Excavator Backhoe
Hitachi Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. unveils the EX5600-7P ultra-large hydraulic excavator backhoe model. This new specification model boosts production capacity by 12% over the current EX5600-7 Model as well as enhanced durability for the boom, arm, and upper body frame, with an operating weight of 558t this new specification model is targeting the Australian mining market.
Since debuting the UH50 ultra-large hydraulic excavator in 1979, with an operating weight of 159 tons, Hitachi Construction Machinery has been supplying mining sites worldwide with machines recognized for their performance, reliability, and durability. Australia has been a particularly significant market. To further strengthen its position there, Hitachi Construction Machinery is introducing a new model that delivers greater production efficiency and improved durability compared to the EX5600-7.
The EX5600-7P ultra-large hydraulic excavator features a larger bucket capacity, increased engine and hydraulic pump power for faster operation, and an overall production boost of 12% compared with its predecessor. The boom now incorporates more high-strength steel castings, while the arm and upper body frame benefit from reinforced designs and advanced welding techniques.
